This was a fantastic workshop! I met many people whose work I was not previously familiar with, and there was lots of time for extended discussion. My participation in this workshop has already resulted in two seminar invitations, which is quite valuable for an early career researcher.

I very much enjoy workshops during which I learn new things. The recent event, Pattern Formation in Soft Matter: From Elastic Solids to Complex Fluids, was such a meeting and this veteran of the patterns world very much appreciated being included.
